Algiers Stock exchange is known as The Society of Stock Exchange Management, abbreviated by SGBV was incorporated on May 25, 1997. It is an organized and regulated body in the service of the brokers as professionals to perform their tasks in accordance with the laws and regulations in force. Since its inception, it has started to implement the operational and technical mechanisms necessary for transactions in securities eligible for exchange. The market for equity securities consists of five companies they are Saidal Group, EGH elaurassi, Alliance Insurance, NCA-Rouiba and Biopharma.
